SUPPORTIVE HOUSING - MARBLE ARCH HOTEL, PARK HOTEL

After submitting an Expression of Interest to B.C. Housing, City Centre Care Society was chosen
to convert the Marble Arch and Park Hotels to drug and alcohol free supportive housing.
 

Plans for extensive renovations of both buildings are being developed. City Centre Care Society is
working with other supportive housing operators to develop a central registry for housing applicants
for Single Room Occupancy hotels owned by B.C. Housing.
 

Currently, Atira Property Management is providing property management services to tenants of
both buildings.
